Recipe for Chicken with JAY’S MAGIC MASALA

Ingredients 

2 Medium sized onions

2 tee spoons Ginger garlic Paste

I cup tomato pelati

half cup coconut milk for jogurt

400 grams chicken marinated with the magic masala and oil

Method 

In a little Pan fry onions till golden brown -low heat

add ginger garlic paste fry for 3 minutes – low heat

add jays magic masala fry a minute -low heat

add tomato pelati fry 10 minutes – low heat

bake chicken at 180 ° c for  9 minutes

add coconut milk or yogurt in sauce mix -low heat

add chicken in sauce cook 7 minutes -low heat

serve with basmati rice or chapati bread
